Behind every resume is a story. This page shares a bit about mine—from where I grew up and the experiences that shaped me to the interests and values I carry into my professional life.
My journey has taken me from West Virginia University to the Penn State Smeal College of Business, where I developed a strong appreciation for leadership, collaboration, and the role that institutions play in creating opportunities for others. Throughout both my undergraduate and graduate education, I sought experiences that extended beyond the classroom, becoming involved in student leadership, research, service, teaching, and university governance. Working alongside students, faculty, and administrators with diverse backgrounds and perspectives strengthened my interest in finance, organizational decision-making, and the meaningful impact that collaboration can have within a community. Those experiences continue to shape how I approach both my professional work and my relationships with others.
Outside of my professional interests, I've had a lifelong passion for cars and automotive design—an interest that has always been shared with my family. Whether attending car shows, working on vehicles, or simply discussing engineering and design, I've always been fascinated by how countless individual decisions come together to create something greater than the sum of its parts. That passion has become both a creative outlet and a way to disconnect from the demands of work while still appreciating the problem-solving, innovation, and attention to detail that define great engineering.
